<p data-start="186" data-end="561">I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the QR code scanning functionality in BAMBOO. Upon investigation, it was determined that the scanning problem was not due to a fault in the BAMBOO Scanner itself, but rather an issue with the QR code font used on the Gift Cards. The font applied to the QR codes was incorrect, which resulted in the scanning failure.</p>
<p data-start="563" data-end="683">The Gift Card Department has been made aware of this issue and is currently in the process of rectifying the font error.</p>
