										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<pre data-start="183" data-end="319"><strong data-start="183" data-end="205">Issue Description:</strong><br data-start="205" data-end="208" />Printer experienced a recurring paper jam issue where the paper was being pulled and wrapped around the roller.

<strong data-start="321" data-end="336">Root Cause:</strong><br data-start="336" data-end="339" />Upon inspection after device return, it was found that a <strong data-start="396" data-end="429">clear plastic protective film</strong> located near the metal bar adjacent to the roller had <strong data-start="484" data-end="504">not been removed</strong> during setup. This caused paper to stick and jam during printing.

<pre data-start="593" data-end="657"><strong data-start="593" data-end="638">Removed the clear plastic protective film</strong> near the roller.</pre>

<pre data-start="861" data-end="993">During installation or maintenance, <strong data-start="897" data-end="945">always check and remove all protective films</strong> around rollers and internal mechanical parts.</pre>
